周期：申请递交后1-5个工作日出具电子报告。

纸质版周期如下，法国境内接收会快。寄到中国现在基本丢件（周期受各种情况限制，不能控制，不能加急，仅做预估，不能作为保证。如果特别紧急，请放弃找我们。）

材料：护照扫描+法国签扫描（ID类材料不需要原件）

Bulletin n°3 is a confidential and strictly personal document,  intended for individuals. It can only be requested by the person it concerns or his legal representative if he is a minor or an adult under guardianship.



How long is the validity of a criminal record extract (Bulletin No. 3)?                                             

The Code of Criminal Procedure does not contain any provisions concerning the period of validity of a criminal record extract.

However, some agencies may require the production of a recent document.
