We reopened on Tuesday, 2 June 2020, with the appropriate Safe Management measures put in place to reduce the risks of transmission for our staff and clients.
To avoid overcrowding, walk-in services will be suspended and attendances at all our offices will be by appointment only. This is to allow us to stagger the appointments and ensure the safety of all concerned.
Aligned with Singapore's government Safe Management Measures, the following additional measures will be implemented:
Clients must be well to come to our office. We ask that you practice social responsibility by seeking medical attention and refrain from coming to our office if you are unwell. We have the right to refuse access to any client who is unwell. Definition of “unwell” includes, but is not limited to: fever, cough, body ache, headache, sore throat, runny nose, congestion, shortness of breath, diarrhoea, influenza or pneumonia.
All persons coming our office will have their temperatures taken and must check-in via the SafeEntry system.
Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees centigrade and above will NOT be allowed in the office.
Anyone who declines to have their temperature taken or to complete the SafeEntry form will be denied allowed access to our office.
Anyone with recent travel history within the last 14 days to any country, will be asked to refrain from coming to our office.
Clients should also refrain from coming to office if they were on a flight or cruise ship or other transport where there was a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-1, had a COVID-19 swab test at any checkpoint and they have not been notified that they are cleared, are a suspect or confirmed COVID-19 case, are on a Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Leave of Absence (LOA), are under a Home Quarantine Order, and are being monitored by MOH as a close contact of a confirmed case.
